Question: What part of Winnipeg in February seems like a good idea?

Answer: None.

Current weather: -18, but it really feels like -42.

So happy it will be warming up to a high of ZERO for my arrival on Monday.

Off for a few days to talk about Canadian farmers.

For work have to go up and look at an application Canada is using and see if it will fit for the US.

Never been to Winnipeg guess I always thought I would visit in the summer
